Race for the Cure Brussels 2019

Eager to support the fight against breast cancer in a sporty way ?
Then come and run 6km or walk 3km with your family, colleagues or friends at Bois de la Cambre (Brussels) and show your support to all the survivors.
Children are also very welcome at the Kids for the Cure (800m running) !

What is the Race for the Cure ®?

The Race for the Cure ® is the biggest event worldwide in the fight against breast cancer.
The program includes a walking tour (3km) and a running tour (6km). In addition, a large village will be built, with loads of animations for everyone. During this day, all the participants celebrate life, show their support to the survivors and remember the ones who are unfortunately no longer there.

Group registration (at least 10 persons) = 12 euro per person
Individual registration = 15 euro
Same day registration = 17,5 euro
Free for kids under 10 years old

Become a Team Captain

Teams are the heart and the soul of the Race. A team can be as big or small as you want as long as you bring together at least 10 participants.
Motivate your friends, family and colleagues! Register as a Team Captain today and create your team.
Each team member chooses whether he/she walks or runs. Children can also be added as part of a team.
You can easily manage your own team page through our website.

Register individually

Register online for 15 euro and enjoy a fantastic day ! Children under 10 years old can participate for free. Enter their date of birth when registering online.


During the day, survivors, their entourage and sympathizers celebrate life. In this way, we show them that they are not alone. It is a wonderful moment to meet other survivors. We will pamper you in our VIP-corner !

Kids for the Cure

Do you have a child running everywhere? We have the perfect running challenge for your little one!
Any child between 6 and 10 can participate for free in the Kids for the Cure. The start of the Kids for the Cure is at 10.30.

The running is 800m long. Do not forget to register your little hero online (for free). Fill in the date of birth and select "Kids for the Cure". The Kids for the Cure t-shirt will be add in the team package or if you registered the child individually you can pick up the t-shirt at the registration stand.

Practical information

A Race for the Cure ® tee shirt is included in the participation fee. Please provide the correct size when registering.
As survivor, you will receive (as you wish) a pink tee shirt. All the other participants will receive a white one. Team captains will wear a blue tee shirt.

Dogs are also welcome at the Race! Registration is not necessary.

Help as a volunteer

In 2018, we welcomed more than 10.000 participants.
This year, we only want to do better!
This is only possible thanks to many helping hands. Will you also be happy to help us as a volunteer on Saturday September 28 and/or on Sunday September 29? There are many ways to help: bar, shop, building and disassembling the material, survivors tent, registration, etc.
Together, we will check what the most suitable task is for you!
